Overview:
The ST35 Three-Phase Rectifier Thyristor Trigger Board uses a high-performance industrial-grade 32-bit microprocessor, specifically designed for forward and reverse voltage regulation for loads in reverse situations. It is designed with high digital safety standards and supports remote network control and on-site control methods. It integrates Fuzzy-PID parameter adjustment, open-loop voltage adjustment, closed-loop constant voltage, and constant current adjustment methods into one system, controlling the thyristor to achieve constant voltage current limit or constant current voltage limit.
Features:
The ST35 Three-Phase Rectifier Thyristor Trigger Board uses a high-performance industrial-grade 32-bit microprocessor, specifically designed for forward and reverse voltage regulation for loads in both directions. One group is used as a three-phase bridge for forward output, while the other group serves as a three-phase bridge for reverse output. It supports remote network control and on-site control methods, integrates Fuzzy-PID parameter adjustment, and combines three adjustment methods: open-loop voltage adjustment, closed-loop constant voltage, and constant current adjustment. The thyristor control achieves constant voltage with a current limit or constant current with a voltage limit. The interface parameters and fault alarms are displayed on an LCD screen or Chinese menu on a touch screen, with settings automatically stored. The control board includes functions such as phase loss protection, soft start upon power-up, soft stop, constant current output, constant voltage output, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, and working status reporting. It features fully controlled three-phase bridge rectification and an anti-parallel AC thyristor triggering mode, capable of triggering thyristors under 5000A. It is suitable for resistive loads, inductive loads, capacitive loads, and transformer primary loads for voltage and current regulation in various industrial fields. It is widely used in electroplating, electrolysis, charging and discharging power supplies, and other equipment.
