SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

• Trung Kiên Techdevinco offers free shipping within a 10km radius from our office for orders valued under 5 million VND.
   

• Trung Kiên Techdevinco will provide nationwide free shipping for items according to specific terms in each contract.
   

• For orders beyond this scope, Trung Kiên Techdevinco's products will be delivered to the buyer's warehouse
  including transportation fees) using Trung Kiên Techdevinco's transportation methods, in accordance with the DPP
  (Delivered at Place Paid) delivery terms in Incoterms 2020.
   

DELIVERY TIME:
 

• During the ordering process, please provide complete and accurate information as requested to facilitate our order processing.
   

• Upon receiving your order, we will promptly process it to deliver your goods as soon as possible.
   

• For new customers purchasing from Trung Kiên Techdevinco for the first time, we will contact you to confirm the authenticity of the order.

The delivery times are as follows:
 

• Within 24 hours for in-stock products in the inner city areas of Hanoi and Hai Phong.
   

• For customers in other provinces/cities with in-stock product orders, we will deliver within 1-3 days via express delivery. This time does not include weekends, holidays, or force majeure events.
   

• For products that are not in stock and need to be ordered from suppliers, Trung Kiên Techdevinco will deliver according to the terms specified in the agreed contract/order.
   

• In areas where the company has a direct delivery route, the company will deliver the goods to the location registered by the customer.
   

• Additionally, customers can receive goods at Trung Kiên Techdevinco's warehouse if the goods are available at the warehouse.
  (In cases where customers require transportation via their own shipping method, the customer will bear the transportation costs).
   

• Delivery time ranges from same day to 3-7 days depending on the service package and product the customer is using. In some special cases, delivery time will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation.
   

RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRANSPORTED GOODS:
 

• The transportation service designated by Trung Kiên Techdevinco will be responsible for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage during the transportation process from Trung Kiên Techdevinco to the customer.
   

• Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receipt. If any damage, scratches, dents, or incorrect products are found, please sign the delivery receipt noting the condition of the goods with the delivery staff and notify us immediately for resolution.
   

• Once the customer has signed for the goods without any notes or comments, Trung Kiên Techdevinco will not be responsible for any requests for exchange or return of damaged, scratched, dented, or incorrect products. At this point, the goods will be subject to the warranty policy of Trung Kiên Techdevinco.
