WARRANTY POLICY

GENERAL TERMS

We are committed to providing maximum support and consultation in cases where the product does not qualify for warranty. The warranty covers the repair of technical faults and issues caused by manufacturer errors. The product must still be within the warranty period as stipulated by each product and manufacturer. Products that are repaired or have replacement parts will be warranted for an additional 3 months from the date the customer receives the product back or according to the remaining warranty period, whichever is longer. For products that do not qualify for warranty or have expired warranties, Trung Kien Techdevinco will proceed with chargeable repairs. We will contact the customer to provide a quote before proceeding if the total cost (labor + parts + VAT) exceeds 300,000 VND or if the customer requests a quote beforehand.
 

WARRANTY EXCLUSION TERMS

  • Products that have exceeded the warranty period stated on the warranty card or seal.

  • Products with undetermined distribution origins from Trung Kiên Techdevinco.

  • Loss of the sales invoice from Trung Kiên Techdevinco.

  • Warranty seals that are torn, broken, or altered.

  • Warranty cards (if any) that do not clearly state the Serial number and purchase date.

  • Serial numbers on the product and warranty card do not match or cannot be identified.

  • Damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or improper use or installation according to manufacturer instructions.

  • Products damaged due to physical impacts such as dropping, breaking, collision, scratches, or dents.

  • Products showing damage from rodents or insects.

  • Products that have been disassembled or repaired by individuals or technicians not authorized by Trung Kien Techdevinco.
     

WARRANTY NOTES

WARRANTY RECEIPT AND RETURN TIME

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:15 PM

  • Except for holidays and Sundays or In cases of force majeure.
     

WARRANTY LOCATION

When requiring product warranty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in getting the product warranted by the manufacturer.

Warranty receipt location: Trung Kien Techdevinco warehouse at 6/68, Cái Tat, An Đong, An Duong, Hai Phong.
 

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Products sold by Trung Kien Techdevinco are genuine or manufactured by Trung Kien Techdevinco and enjoy the manufacturer's warranty policy. Due to the complex nature of various materials, equipment, machinery, products, tools, and industrial and residential electrical equipment, the warranty policy varies by manufacturer and product type. Please refer to the specific terms below.
 

Eligible for Warranty:

  • The warranty covers the repair of technical faults and issues caused by manufacturer errors.

  • The product must still be within the warranty period as stipulated by each manufacturer and device.

  • The product must have a warranty card/seal from the manufacturer or distributor.

  • Must have a purchase invoice from Trung Kien Techdevinco.

  • The warranty will follow the manufacturer's warranty policy for technical issues.
     

Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for the transportation costs to the warranty center.

  • After the warranty period, repair costs will be supported by the warranty center at the most favorable price.
     

Not Eligible for Warranty:

  • Products that have exceeded the warranty period stated on the warranty card/seal or have lost the warranty card (if any).

  • Products with undetermined purchase origins from Trung Kien Techdevinco.

  • Loss of the invoice or related documents.

  • Warranty seals that are torn, broken, or altered.

  • Warranty cards (if any) that do not clearly state the Serial number and purchase date.

  • Serial numbers on the product and warranty card do not match or cannot be identified.

  • Products damaged due to improper use according to manufacturer instructions.

  • Products damaged due to physical impacts such as dropping, breaking, collision, scratches, dents, moisture, rust, or water damage.

  • Products showing damage from rodents or insects or caused by fire, natural disasters.

  • Products that have been disassembled or repaired by individuals or technicians not authorized by Trung Kiên Techdevinco.

  • Customers wanting to change the type or model of the product.
